MP Equipment Danfotech Flow Thru Vacuum Tumbler 5000 LB
Danfotech’s Flow Thru Vacuum Tumblers are designed to enhance marination efficiency and product cooling, offering advanced solutions for processing plants of all sizes.
Glycol tumblers combine the proven effectiveness of FPEC’s vacuum tumble marination with a jacket filled with glycol for meat cooling. This type of tumbler is particularly suitable for processing plants that do not have access to CO2. Additionally, glycol tumblers are highly efficient for processing large whole muscle meat pieces.
For efficient and automated operation, a vacuum shaft loading system is available, enabling quick loading of the tumbler in a sealed, foreign material-free environment.
The system is controlled by an Allen Bradley PLC control system with an HMI interface, allowing for streamlined tumbler operation by a single operator. Furthermore, X-ray detectable gasket material is available for enhanced safety.
